[Resolved] Ortel Communications — Cable TV installation. | |||||
I have recently shifted to a new house in bhubaneswar. I already had a cable connection in my previous house and when I shifted I paid the required amount fir installation a in ortel office. I even called them multiple times. I made the payment on april month end and they have yet not fixed my ortel connction.I have called them everyday for around 15 days and still no one has come to install it . It has been really harassing for me to do it time and again. Moreover the complaint no through which I have logged the complaint is in rectified status which is even worse, when they have not even come to install the connection.
