[Resolved]  Ortel Communications — complaining about broadband connection

Since, last 10 days no signal is showing on the modem. While complaining the company is sayinf we will fix it and we will send technician but till now no technician has arrived. Please shortout it quickly, its very urgent. As I am a online worker. From this only I take on my family for the whole month if this will continue than I will be in very loss.
