[Resolved] Ortel Communications — drastic internet service | |||
A boy was coming to collect monthly charges from my door. On 21st or 22nd of the same month. But in march and april 2018, i got disconnected on 16th of both months. Yesterday i went to ortel office at 12.15pm and paid for april. They gave connection in the evening 5 pm for one hour. Again the connection had gone. I complained in the evening, but the gave connection today morning 10am. Again after 1 hour the connection have gone. My connection is 1mbps upload and 1 mbps download plan. The bill of may should be 117/- but it was found to be 149/- why? moreover do i need to pay the bill in advance? I had already paid for April -18 during installation in march -18. please clarify.
