[Resolved] Ortel Communications — getting worse broadband service from last 4 months | |||
Dear sir/maam, I'm facing serious internet issue from last four months with timely payment, because if i dealy then they will cut my net without notification. I got an internet fluctuation whole month in august then (In september nearly 20 days, in october nearly 16days, in this month november 7 days plus and today's date is[protected] whole day offline, other days with fluctuation issue. I'm also using high-speed internet with near to 1000 rupees/month. Because of a good internet connection. But the reality is painful as above. I'm calling customer care more than 25 days each month and the customer care is in my favorite list now by default by my mobile as it's my frequent caller. Before some months customer care answer was like as usual your complaint will be solver within 6hr to 24hrs. They said it all day and i heard it. Now, they are smart enough they are not receiving my phone i guessed somebody picking my call and there was no response/sounds. It means i am bound to disconnect the call. Because of getting net soon i manage my office time most of the day of the months by visiting ortel customer care office (B. D. A colony, c. S. Pur, bhubaneswar) firstly. It seems like i'm giving my finger impression on ortel office then i come to my office. And in ortel office some people are nice and some people are rude (Then don't know how to talk with customers). The nice guys give assurance that your complaint will be solved on the 1st half and sometimes when you will reach home then you have the internet. When i reach home i found the same net issue. It seems like i'm addicted to ortel communication as there are a lot of services provided but i'm still stuck with the provider for many years [ as people did with nokia ]. My bad i'm writing this essay after a long time of frustration. It's not because i bear all the happening but i'm not aware of this website. I'm wasting money, time, energy, temper because of ortel communication. I'm requesting and expecting from you to take immediate action on this issue.
