Every night at 7 pm The internet connection drops off, Even after many complaints the operator does absolutely nothing about it. The man comes in the morning when the internet is coming but even after repeated Complaints that it is the night when the Internet goes off, We have no response From them.
This the Crap Old Ortel Communication internet Connection which you Never want in your home ever.

My membership number is 01373481. I am from Bhubaneswar and a customer of Ortel Communications. And I have been facing this problem since March 11th, the first day I registered a complaint with their customer service. And they are yet to solve my problem yet, on 30th march, after two days. I have been calling them so many times and yet they dont seem to care at all. Kindly look into my problem and help me out in this matter.
