Ortel Communications — Nasty behaviour of staff

I already inform to customer care physically at office in last December that I already replaced my cable TV with hathway & ortel care assured me that if it is disconnected before 25th then it’s ok.
On 21st Jan 2017 I visited the koel nagar office, Rourkela to enquire about my status. The lady at the counter told me that it is still showing and you need to pay the bill, default by which you will get a legal notice. And you need to talk to the collection staff.
When I entered the collection area asking for the status, the guy (I do not know his name) directly saying me that you need not worry, I already process the legal notice for you. At this moment I also got hyper and in the spur of the moment "nonsense" word slept from my mouth which is totally my mistake. Then the guy told me to meet him outside of the office or else he will show me who he is in the evening at my resident.
1: now my question is am I a defaulter? If not while I am asking about disconnection procedure what is the meaning of terrifying me with a false legal notice?????
2: what is the meaning of "meet me outside my office" & I will show you who i am at your resident in the evening"
3: when I was informing the customer care at the office physically in the month of December, why she not told me to surrender my set top box????
4: when I am installing the connection stb & broadband, I was informed that the amount is refundable, but now they are saying me that it was installation charges and non refundable. If you want refund then contact the guy who gave you connection. Is this the way you behave with your customer. Why should I contact that guy?? Is he my brother- in -law or what???
5: I am a front office manager in a reputed hotel in rourkela & as a professional such behavior from ortel staff in totally unacceptable.
6: last warning to ortel, legal notice is not a joke, so do not try to threat us with that procedure. If we the customer started to lodge legally then your whole team will search for your identity in odisha for your whole life.
Now the reason I am posting this here.
1: I cannot come down to your level to argue with you.
2: I am staying with my family & I do not want any disturbance at my resident.
3: I am again saying sorry for the only one word uttered “non sense" to your staff
