[Resolved] Ortel Communications — no broadband service & digital tv | |||||
1. No broadband service since last twelve days. 2. Signal for digital tv is not available most of the times or else it is so poor that picture and sound get crumbled. 3. Abrupt discontinuation of ajtak & sony group channels. 4. There is no remedial action even after lodging repeated complaints with ortel customer care.
