[Resolved] Ortel Communications — no signal for last 10 days | |||||
I am a customer of skyview/ ortel communications (Customer no.[protected]. Every month there is 5 to 10 days no signal. Despite of timely payment, i do not get value for my payment. This month (May 2018) there is no signal for last 10 days. I have made several complaints. Each time they say within 6-24 hours, we will solve the matter but nothing happens. There is no toll free number to contact them. Each time we contact ([protected]) we pay the telephone charges. Sometimes they just put the call on without any reply. Sometimes there is a pre-recorded voice which says'your call is very important' but noone attends the call and we have to bear the telephone charges. This organisation seems to cheat and harass its customers. So strong action should be taken against it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Finally I have decided to surrender the connection. It is very difficult to deal with this company any more.
Since I have paid for the month of May already, I want my money back. Kindly do the needful.
