Hello, we have been using ortel communications as a cable network for running television. Hardly this cable networks for 10days and we have been billed for the entire month. Numerous complaints has been raised and no resolutions from the provider end. More over the provider infact taunt us in very rude language, they are very demanding when it comes to collecting the fee. Consumer number : 01340641/c0037796. Kindly take a strict action on this poor service provider
