[Resolved] Ortel Communications — no signal since days of consumer no. 82246 | |||||
Our ortel cable connection bearing consumer id 82246 has been miserably poor for last few days even after complains.in view of the same it was thought of cutting the connection completely and we were ready to surrender 2 no. Of set top boxes with accessories as soon as possible at ortel's nearest working office at rourkela. It was therefore requested to disconnect/cut the connection for the same customer id but no action has been initiated so far. Serivice being very poor i am keeping a copy of this complaint which would help me in future if no action is being initiated soon. Regards, S k acharya Plot no.
