[Resolved] Ortel Communications — non availability of internet service for 48 hours and no response from authority till now | |||||
I am availing ortel communication provided internet pack of rs 699.00 per month with a view to use the internet service for online examination purpose of my children. The network is not available since 14th december 9:30 pm and a complaint was registered (Complain for broad band service-2238683 and password-12158 (Customer id[protected] and a rigorous follow up was done from my end for online exam dated 11th dec. But neither of the local authority and customer care looked up to the matter and the service is out of order till now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir my line has been disconnected due to non payment but I'm already payment in the date of 03.01.2018. RS/- 285/-recipt no - B[protected]. My memberno[protected]. So Sir I already talk with your customer care office at bbsr but they have not respond. Sir I'm regular payment but why sir my line disconnected so sir I'm very disappointed.
