I have using your broadband service vide consumer no-1772083, In the Name of Sanjay Surana, Raipur, Chattisgirh. I had no internet connection since last month. I have complained several times to your customer care as i have no internet access from last Month, but still there is no response. Everytime i am getting a complaint no but i have got no solution. I had allredy paid All the Old Bills. This is not the way of service. Please solve the issue or disconnect my broadband connection soon...
