[Resolved] Ortel Communications — poor internet service | |||
Dear team, I have a internet plan valid upto april and as per the plan currently the bill amount is -652 (Minus r. S. 652 for my ortel customer number[protected]. But most of the time my internet is not working. If i call to ortel customer care they ask me to come to office. Initially i already paid completely for the plan, it is valid till apr.
