I want to inform.. That.. When i am using ortel brodband.., then i was not shown.. The data usage. But after..5 days.. I was shown.. My lastr 5 th day usage,... Its totally inconvienient.. I thought.. Nothing.. Is deducted.. And i am using... It yhinking.. That counter is not working... Bt it is totally... False... While giving.. Ney connection.. I was informed.. Some thing else and i am now.. Reciving.. Servic esomething.. Else... Now.. They will give extra bill which will force me to disconnec t net connection... So pls.. Resolve this

I have been complaining since 11.3.2017 about the problem but nobody is attending to it.Such type of service is quite regrettable. Plesse rectify by 25.3.2017 else I shall disconnect. Billing fpr mar-2017 should be waived and instruct to your local offce jaleswar. From-RC Pattanayak.Cons No- 923978, Jaleswar, Balasore.
