[Resolved] Ortel Communications — worst service from ortel | |||||
I paid internet bill online and from last month my internet is not working and its almost 20 days. I have given complaint lot of times in ortel office (B. D. A. Colony, chandrasekharpur,) and their customer support is not at all listing and they are behaving rude. Everyday they used to play like we will send our executive in 2 hrs. See this is happening from last 20 days. Witout internet forcefully they are taking monthly payment, i m paying everymonth without internet. My data plan is ortel premier.As mentioned which i am supposed to get 2mbps of speed but the actual speed is hardly 200kbps. even though browsing is ok with this speed.but downloading is worst. solve my problem. i should get atleast 1mbps. please solve my problem as soon as possible.
