Oswal Auto — File charges of rs.500/- extra charged by oswal auto

Dear sir/madam,

I lodge complaint against oswal auto, a-20, g. t. karnal road, delhi-110033. regarding unwanted charges of rs.500/- as file charges against accidental claim of insurance from iffcco tokio.

They also charged rs.5310/- vide inv. no. sp/3545 dt.20/07/2016 and addition charge to me rs.500/- as file charges without any prior information and receipt of rs.500/-.

After long argument and telephonic disucssion with service person (mr. bobby ph. no.[protected]) he'll adjust only rs.200/- against next serivce of my vehicle.

I request you to please take the necessary action on the above issue and oblige the same.
