[Resolved] Hp Gas — a complaint | |||
Sirs... a complaint (Consumer no 733249) This is to draw ur kind attention to the fact that on 18th march & 24th march 2013 I had booked my gas cylinders online under booking no 355593 & 357215 respectively but I didn't receive the cylinders & to my surprise , today I came to know that cylinder which was booked on 18th march 2013, which was never delivered to me stands delivered on 30 march 2013 under cash memo 156844 & booking made by me on 24th march stands cancelled. It simply means that our subsidized gas has been sold out to someone who has paid a huge amount.. Plz note , our hp gas distributor is Jay Kay Gas Co , Baghe Ali Mardan , which is providing apathetic service besides cheating its customers. Plz check the matter & take action agst the gas agency... I had no option but to buy that, these people make money out of every single thing. cheap lighter for 150 rupees with another 150 for the gas canister and it did not last even a month. Cheap, pathetic and most lethargic part of govermental agencies.

HP Gas — No attention to complaint
I am genuine customer of HP Gas since last 4 years.At the time of getting new gas connection the Distributor was forcing me to buy a stove from him. Otherwise he threatened that they will not provide any service related to the stove which is not bought from them.
Now I wanted to connect one more single burner stove to the existing two burner stove. (Both the stoves are standard ISI Marked stoves.)However, the distributor is not ready to provide service for this. I am afraid if I get this work done from unauthorized service personnel then it may not be safe and may cause accidents.
In this scenario if there are any leakage complaints then also the distributor may not listen. In view of the above, may I request you to kindly help me in this regard.
