This is regarding the problem with wet grinder of Prestige TTK , which was purchased 2 years back. From June 2012 onwards this grinder is giving major problem and I cannot use it. In this regard, I have contacted the service centre of Prestige and they sent their Mechanic during mid June for repairing but did not repair it to my satisfaction. I cannot use the grinder and when I put it on it gives a very loud and shrilling sound.
Regarding this matter again and again from June onwards I am complaining through the service centre of Prestige but no help from their side.
Recently , once again I complained and now they have given a complaint number 192 dt. 10.10.2012.
I have not expected such a bad service from such a good company like Prestige.
I shall appreciate, if you could send your mechanic to my residence at the earliest for repairing the grinder.
