Dear Sir/Madam,
I had subscribed to vishva finance stock for stock tips in cash market. They provided me trial for one day and after around 5 - 6 days I have joined their services in Equity Market Tips. On the day trial was provided to me I was given call at 9.30am and while talking with their representative I was told that I will be provided with the tips before 10.00am and will earn and square of the position before 12.00pm.
When the service was started they gave the tip at 10.15 and after only. Then they would give me the stock that was already rose and when they give the tip the share prices start to fall. Our contract was for 30 trading days. They provided me tips for 5 days and I had lost more than Rs. 50,000/- (in Karnatak Bank I lost more than 30000 in just half hour) After the tip they didnot even called me for either to exit or to average. They just keep on saying that it will go. After 5 days they didnot called me for any tips because they knew that my capital was almost near to NIL.
When I called them for the services they said that you bring more capital we will provide you with tips.
I just need back my loss of Rs. 50000/- and Rs. 3000/- that I paid to them. I was calling to [protected] and [protected] for this purpose.
Please help me to get my loss because I was already in loss of around 1 Lakh and they knew that and I have taken the extra capital on Loan from Friend.
