Otis Elevator Company — proper maintenance of lift irrespective of having a long term amc

We have amc of our lift in our building since 2006. Recently one problem arise and even after many follow up with respective service engineer, problem still persists.
Our amc contract no. Ml8988 contract type : m, branch id - lucknow 1
This is very unfortunate that even after repeated complaint, matter hasn't been taken up seriously and problem still persists.
Due to service negligence, if any unforeseen accident occur, total responsibility will come on your esteem organisation.
Kindly arrange immediate rectification/ proper maintenance.
