Ourstylezone — Fake shopping website need refund

I have done a shopping and made the payment online, worth 2022.75This was done on 14th July 2020. I did receive a call from this number [protected]. A lady wanted to confirm the order. SO I confirmed it. I did recieve an email with confirmation of the order

I waited two days ad then returned to the site to check for order progress. The linkfor track order is not working and the option to go to my account is loading to an error page.
I got a bit scared though issue with my DNS so I did technical troubleshoot on my system Tried the same site fro the mobile and same error so I swited wifi to mobile hotspot and still the same. So thought it could be issue with the site. So I searched the site for contact numbers and none of them are working hence send and email but no reply.
After searching a lot I got this number [protected]. I called up the number and he said it was ourstylestore and took the order nuber asked wath is the amount that was paid.
Then said the return is only possible in google pay. So agreed and he provide a message which was supposed to be sent to the number [protected]. Th message is a type of bank verificatio and it have to be quick or else it will be expired. Then a CANARA BANK message comes and the amn on the phone will ask you OTP once you provide that you will get a link

Once you open it it will ask you details link

Then it wil ask to submit.
Then the person asks you to check if refunded.
I tried the same with 4 different accounts but none work. Later he says the issue is because of low balance the money is not getting refunded.
I needed an explaination so he transfered the call to someone senior who says the account must have 1000 to get the money refunded or try with new account.

My question here is, is it justified that one have to have amoutn on bank above 1000 to get the refund.

* Notes I forgot to mention was when I called the number [protected] they themself did not knew the order was prepaid or not also they said that due to covid situation the order got cancelled. So my question is I should have been notified that the order is canceled either through email or Phone message correct? I did not. It was that I called to check on my order and got to know. Secondly if it got canceled the refund should have been autoinitiated to the mode of payment.

I want to get my amount refunded and then get thesite banned as they are frauds and just taking money. Not even an organised business they are here just to get otps and do fraud.
