[Resolved] OverCart — Order # bst[protected] - cancellation of order after payment | |||||
Sir / madam, Please find below my order. When i tracked the same at your website for the past one week, it is still showing under processing. I have a confirmation from zest money regarding the payment of the same to over cart. When i called your customer care yesterday, they told me that they will process the order today and send me the tracking details but today when i logged into your site, i saw that the status is "on hold". When i called up customer care, they said that the order has been cancelled and i can take back my down payment from zest money. I have already entered into an agreement with zest money and they have confirmed payment to over cart. I hope that my association with over cart and zest money will be a pleasant one and you will not give me a chance to regret. Please provide me with a status as to when the product will be shipped and the estimated date of arrival at my place.
