Overnite Express — I have been cheated from army officer Amit Kumar

I have met him over olx he was selling me an iphone 11 128Gb in exchange of my iphone 7 and 12000 cash.. later he said to me that GPAY ME [protected] over this number i have paid him 2000 advance and said to him that rest 10000 after iphone but after all this I haven't recieved my iphone and haven't refunded yet i have sent him my aadhar card it was my big mistake. Please do something.
