I have been asked for security deposit and not delivery my scooter which i have ordered.

They are asking for more money

They are asking for more money and not refunding my money.

I have paid nearly 130000 to them as security and they are still not delivering.

They said they will refund my amount as soon as delivery will be done. But they are not delivering it and my money is with them.
