[Resolved] Overnite Express Limited — Courier pending from more than 15 days and not responding properly over email or phone | |||
I didn't received my courier dispatched by HDFC Ergo, POD no. [protected]. As per HDFC, they have dispatched it in last week of October and i am in followup with Overnite Express since 4th November but not getting any proper response nor receiving my courier. Courier delivered today after 18 days of dispatch. The mistake was from HDFC side, they didn't mentioned the correct address however, it could be resolved earlier if Overnite respond the emails and queries in timely manner. | |||

This is the worst courier service in India, Not at all reliable. I have given my courier on 26th June 17 from Bahadurgarh to Indore, The overnite representative assured me that it will reach to Indore withing a 2 days of time. The parcel in not yet delivered as on 25th July 2017. I have return a email but got only one call from overnite and even after the complaint they have not reacted. I will advise you all that Normal service of post office will be faster then this. They are also not at all responsible, will not reply to your quarries even.
