Overnite Express — related to cheque which I didn't receive

A cheque of Rs 8 lakh which i have deposited in my indusind bnk. Cheque was bounce nd bank of sector 15 gurgaon has send this cheque via overnight courier. Bt still i didnt recieve that cheque. Nd i really need that jst because the another person who provide me that cheque has put a case in court against me. So please i need that cheque. Cheque was dispactched on 31/05/2016.
