There is no job which he claims as "work from home"
He is just there to eat your money.
He even don't know to speak.

I had invested in this project for 200 pages.
Which they told me the agreement charges 2500 and processing charges 2500

Talking about the project :-
They give you the image file and tell you to write the same in there company notepad.
First of all this project is scam.
They say that this is used for e-book conversion. But that is not the truth. It is the set of xerox pages which are of no use they are scanned and given to write.
The image consist of 70 to 90 lines.In sample image they show us the image file which consist 50 to 70.
But when you enroll you suffer. They give you the project file which consist 70 to 90 lines.
And every line consist 32 to 35 words. They say that you will be given a4 page but that is not truth. They give us legal page.

200 pages has to be submitted in 15 days which is not possible. Because every page has 90 lines and every line has 30 to 35 words. If we consider highest speed of 30 wpm. It will take 1 hour 30 mins to type a page.
And in if we divide 200 pages in 15 days. You have to write 13 pages in a day which is not possible. (It sound simple but it is not)
If you work hard and submit the page they will reject you in accuracy parameter.
There calculation for
Spelling / word error :- 0.9% which is 0.90% (That means 10 spelling error 9% error)
That means in whole document that is set of 200 pages consist of 90 lines. And every line 35 words.
That means in whole 200 pages there are around 5 to 6 lakh words. They say us to give 80% accuracy and 20% error allowed. If we consider according to whole set of 200 pages your 20% error is (1 lakh words can be done wrong)
But they say you can make only 25 error in whole set of document according to their calculation which is wrong.
Now how to ask for a refund :-
They make you fool in agreement. If they say 20% error you can make 1 lakh word error because they are speaking according to percentage and so their agreement is wrong.
They are showing you different picture and making different picture.
Now simple steps for refund lodge a fir against a company.
After filing an fir they will be asked to get produce in labour court. It is simple not a lengthy process.
For lodging a fir it takes 1 hour after that tell the police to raise the case in labour court.
After 7 days when the properitor is brought in court tell your lawyer to raise a voice for proving him the accuracy parameter according to agreement. And ask him to produce the details why the work is done and whom the work is submitted
And tell him to submit the payment details of the employee as paid by the company.
Iam 100% sure when you will file a fir the properitor will come to your doorstep and will refund you your money back before going to court. Because the job is scam and he will suffer so.
But iam suffering and their are many more who are going to suffer. Let us conclude and stop this things to happen. Iam a boy who don't have his father. I run my family. Iam 25 years. I work for syntel corporations. Company pay me 10000/- a month. I thought i will work part time and after a search i came to know about this company. But this company took my hard earn money.
I don't want to explain what i suffer. But i ask them for refund they told me your agreement is rejected. I thought they has the agreement and they are the kings. But when i went to lawyer and discuss the whole issue he resolved the fact. So friends who are enrolling please stop and pass a message to your friends who are going for a search to work at home. Who are enrolled follow the steps and take your money back.
