Oxfour Technology — they asked me 8500 to resolve my case.

Hi, first they said me to register in their website and they didn't tell me about agreement but later when i started work after one day they block me because i haven't log out than they ask me 7800 for unblock. And when i ask to cancel my i'd they said me that your file will be send to legal department and today the lawyer call me and said that are want to continue your case or want to close it. He said taht if you not continue your case than you have to 150000 and if you not pay this amount than company will issue the arrest warrant. And when i ask to close my case he asked me for 8500. Please help me i am a student and i have no money to pay.
