[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — mobile recharge

I had a transaction on 27 august 2017 which was failed. The money from my wallet was deducted but was not transferred to the destination account. Payment status is completed successfully. But
Transaction status is transaction failed. (Response from bsnl. Diameter_end_user_service_denied oxitransid -[protected]). Please sort out my problem..
