Respected Sir, I have recharged Airtel Mobile No [protected] (My relative) with Rs. 195 & Rs. 198 erroneously mentioned in vadafone and Aircel from my SBI internet banking account through oxi services on 25.12.2016 the problem is the amount of Rs. 195 & 197 has been deducted from my account but I have not received the recharged amount to my SBI Account. Please refund my amount. The details of the transactions is Transaction id- oxisbi24176521igaamnapc4 for Rs. 195/- oxisbi24176699igaamncpo6 for Rs. 198/- Please kindly refund my amount Name-R.
