Dear sir,
I have recharged my jio sim number [protected] on 08/02/2020 of amount rs 555 through yono sbi lite app. My associated a/c has been debited and message of recharge successful has been originated from your side. But actually recharge has not been done or successful and none of the message has been originating from jio telecom. I have discussed the matter with jio telecom, they said we did not get any information about the concerned recharge. So kindly look into the matter and revert the money as soon as possible.
Message received was:
Mob xxxxxx7570 is rchrgd for rs.555.00. Tid:uh[protected]Oper ref :[protected]).
