Myself is a small retailer of Oxigen Services. having Micro ATM machine of oxigen with ROID. [protected]. last 15 days I am placing several request via MATM machine & Web Portal for Payout of my TA in my bank but never get my money in my Bank. Also they are not able to provide Money Transfer service. I had sent them several mail but they are not responding. Customer care executives are so rude in responding.

Received call from customer care 01247161197. had cleared doubts. May be company is facing Technical problem. They will resolve it ASAP. Thanks to Consumer Complaints & Team Oxigen.

Updated by Nitinkumar Borkar Now those Oxigen people deactivated my TA 2 Bank services.. Poor services in those days. from last month they are not able to sortout money transfer service (OMTS & RBL). How retailers should transit. Only AEPS cash Withdrawal, Recharges and Bill Payment service running properly. If we are not able to Cashout our TA from where we get money for transition. Now a days Oxigen services all departments are not responding to queries by mail. While placing call back request customer care department is not call us back.
