[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — Transaction failed.money debited and not refunded | |||
I have made a transaction of money transfer from my credit card to Oxigen wallet.It got filed due to application loading issue and the money debited from my account. But the money not credited to wallet or been not refunded.As I tried reaching Oxigen customer support they are not responding and when got reached to them giving some irresponsible behaviour that the servers are upgrading and cannot solve the issue. I have recharged my mobile through SBI Internet banking on 20/07/2017 at 4:11:09 pm for rupees 309 and it was not successful. So please refund the amount Rs. 309 which is deducted from my account .
