Dear sir, the last time i'm take to a transaction in oxigen wallet. Txn. ID[protected]. but my transaction is failld..my wallet balance is redeem. why??? i concer with customer care there no provide me proper information and my call is drop whitout any resion... so i think please block my account other than deactive oxigen wallet.refund my balance in my bank account... if you concern than my alternate no.
