Oxigen Recharge — unauthorized transactions by using oxigen services

Dear sir/madam,
6 transactions have been taken place on 13/08/2019 with multiplication of 500 each has been done from my sbi account no [protected] to your company account no. [protected] via mtopup, oxigen services. Which i have not done any transaction. This is a fraud transaction with out my permission plz verify and arrange to refund this amount in my account

I went to cyber cell, and they told me to complaint to the oxigen services.
