Respected sir, I have done transactions through online sbi anywhere app about mobile recharge ([protected]-tamilnadu vodafone) of amount 199/- on 12th may of 2018. The amount was deducted from my bank account to oxigen services having a/c no. [protected] but recharge was not successful till now. Txn id uh43166352 with reference id[protected]. Therefore i request you solve the issue credit the same amount to my same bank account from which the transactions was done before.
