[Resolved] Oxigen Wallet — fund transfer in wrong account support | |||||
Dear team On 24th of dec 2017 i did a transaction of rs 2940 in icici bank account but by mistake i entered wrong account no and amount got debited from my wallet since that day i am trying to get help from both companies icici bank as well as oxigen wallet Icici bank need a email from oxigen wallet on behalf of my complaint only then they can process for refund i hope you will understand and help me to get my money. Transaction detail attachment is below. Correct ac no was[protected] Wrong account no on which amount transferred is[protected]. No buddy is supporting and oxigen wallet clearly declined for support. Since last day 5.1.18 i am getting a call and person is saying that he is from oxigen wallet and they r ready to refund my amount so i have to share my debit card no and cvv code i know that this is a fraud call please help me to come out of this digital problem. I have recharged 348 rupees to my number [protected] on today dated 22.01.2018 around 12:30.
