Oxm Services — fraud company taken money and never replied

Updated by sugam dhall Mr manish arora, have cheated me and taken 9500 rs from me through Paytm in jan 2019
there address is daksh management, wz-8, ist floor, hari singh park, multan nagar, paschim vihar, new delhi-110056.
they provided me receipt in name of oxm services rz-96 chander vihar, nihal vihar, pncode 11041

They told me that they will make my passport and driving licence but now they are not lifting phone. And mr manish is abusing on phone and calling me to his office.

I am afraid that its a fraud and theft of my money in name of bogus services, to trap me and hence i am registering this fir, for police intervention, to stop this fraud going on in noida.. And refund of my money.

also writing a fir in this regard to crime cell and local police station
