[Resolved]  OYO — about my booking pkg nerh1932

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600045

I have booking the package they confirmed my hotel is 3star hotel Black forest, however at last minute after I informed customer care that hotel booking at Black forest is not confirmed, then the Oyo team started shifting me to a normal hotel.
Last 15 days I have send couple of mails however there is no response. I like to go for a complaint. Advice need.

I have already mentioned the booking id in my earlier compliant. However you have not checked that and replied . This it self shows how good you are handling the customer quires and complaints. Sure i will update all my network not to go with oyo for any booking.
Till date i dint get any update from oyo.

Still now i didn't get any inform or call about my compliant. I like to go for a next level of escalation. Any id or number for the action.

Oyo is having a wonderful customer support who not listening to the quires of customer and just replying same word repeated.

Not recommending oyo in future.
