Sir i have been denied acess to the oyo hotel which i have booked using oyo app due to some issues between oyo and the hotel.. I have payed rs1652 through online for the dates june 1 12pm to june 3 11am and the hotel is denying me acess. They are saying that the oyo has pending amount of 2 lakh to be paid to them so they cant take me since i have paid online... I have called oyo 15 times from 12 pm to 4:30 pm and they are just fooling me by assuring me a call back and putting me in hold by not attempting.. They are not giving me refund... I have recorded all the calls.. Shall i give a fir? My order id is wpur0573. The hotel name is stay inn (Oyo 5692) near lulu mall
