I made a booking on 26th July with booking id JJPR3198 for Oyo 8281AJ palace for 13-15 August
Now yesterday after 10days of booking i got a call from oyo that if you don't cancel your booking then you will face issue with check-in. I said what the hell!!!
Customer support girl said due to some technical glitch on site on that day amount was not right... that's not my issue, that's yours... keep your sorry on your mouth.. don't give it me
I insisting to give me proper reason not some bloody hell cheap reason.
I somehow understand that booking i got at lower price but now prices for same place same date is 3x... is it a joke

Get your act together and give me my money back
You are running a company or circus, just to get some extra money you call CUSTOMER, ask them to cancel and redo booking and new booking rate is 3x. I mean who the hell you think you are?
I won't do any booking from OYO...
