[Resolved]  OYO — cheating complaint against oyo rooms

I make a booking from oyo app in hotel oyo flagship 17335 uttam nagar and my booking id : xnqt4897 but when we reach in that location there was no hotel then we call to oyo executive they said make another booking from another hotel we will refund this amount but still no refund i'm calling again & again from 13th/dec/2019 but still no refund please solve this i have so many mail from oyo the just saying we are tranfer you but no refund i'm tired please see the below mail copy below what they are saying.

Just they are sending mail I don't receive any call or refund please make the refund and if you are saying u try to call me mail me please I'll reply there I just want my money back u have sent me so many mail but not refund

as per your reply that you will credit payment in 7-14 days in my account you mailed me on : 13/Mar/2020 but today 02/April/2020 more than 20 days complete but no refund do you have any solutions regarding this Please reply me you can mail or call any time

Dear sir still I don't receive any refund just I'm getting mail we will refund but from Dec to today you are just sending mail not refund money even consumer complaints department not helping
