[Resolved] OYO — cheating complaint against oyo rooms

I make a booking from oyo app in hotel oyo flagship 17335 uttam nagar and my booking id : xnqt4897 but when we reach in that location there was no hotel then we call to oyo executive they said make another booking from another hotel we will refund this amount but still no refund i'm calling again & again from 13th/dec/2019 but still no refund please solve this i have so many mail from oyo the just saying we are tranfer you but no refund i'm tired please see the below mail copy below what they are saying.

I don't receive any refund just they are sending mail
