[Resolved] OYO — cheating their regular customers by forcing to pay. | |||||
Dear Oyo, I am a regular customers of yours. I used to travel and book your rooms frequently. But now a days i am facing some issues with your service regarding bookings. Today when i was trying to book a room, the app forcing me to make payment before checking in. But at the same hotel when i book with a different id it is accepted the booking without payment. I complained to you cc but they transfer the call to your seniors. Unfortunately your seniors are such VIP that they never talked to me, or called back to me. Now i want to delete my account, also i will stop your bookings in my company too. I will paste a print out at my company notice board for my all employees. This is not the way to cheat your frequent customers. Please help me to delete the id. Till then we will be logged out of your service. Hope you make better service in feature. Thanking you. Verified Support May 14, 2019 OYO Rooms Customer Care's response Hello Guest, "We want you to reminiscence all the stays and hence you won’t be able to delete your account or the booking history as it is also required for the booking record.
