Hi,
I made a prepaid booking from OYO app on 24th July and there on the app it was mentioned that local Id is accepted.
Upon reaching the hotel, they denied checking in with an Aadhaar Card as ID proof.
I had to cancel the booking and the amount RS 566 was already paid.
I have told this issue several times to customer care but they have failed to provide a proper solution.
I want the full refund of RS 566 to be processed as soon as possible and also an apology for the harassment I have faced.
Every time customer care redirects the call to a service desk number, where no 1 picks it up. More than 2 hours of my time has been wasted on this as well as the harassment I have faced in the hotel.
As of on 24 th july in Oyo APP "IT is mentioned that local ID is accepted in the hotel".
