[Resolved] OYO — fraud. they took whole of my money because i paid online in advance

Without providing service they took whole sum of money i paid online in advance. Without appropriate guidance on time. Now just time lapsed they aint even providing refund to me. Took money on name of cancellation fee which i havent done. All they are doin is just wasting nd lapsing more time with round nd round of same policy related answers. They aint providing me contact details of appropriate authority of company.
