I have booked the hotel on 1 st March for 4 March in indore as my train got cancel I have to cancel everything. It’s been a month, still haven’t recieve my refund. Ask to my bank for same no issue from there, but when I payed from payment wallet, how can there will be issue. They are just making fool out of me. Whenever I call they say we don’t handle this refund department will connect to other and it never gets connected. In chat it says it’s already initiated. I want my refund amount.
