[Resolved] OYO — hotel denied for online oyo booking | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked (prepaid) a hotel at Digha named Hotel Amabalika for 1 room 2 occupancy from today I.e 12.06.2019. Today I got message from Oyo that My booking is done in another hotel name Malancha. My spicejet flight from IXB to CCU got delayed for 4 hours therefore I am at Kolkata right now and I have booked a night bus to digha which will reach tomorrow morning at 5:00 am. From here I make a call to hotel Malacha were the Manager replied that they won't take guest from any Oyo booking. So, I called Oyo for assistant and I told the issue. The customer care name Ashis hold my call and I didn't had any resolution regarding the matter. I am not sure there will be from Oyo. I am not going to book any in future from Oyo. Booking no.
