This is the worst experience and last experience with oyo. Let me tell from begining.. I booked a room for today in kalyani. My bookings was confirmed.. I called oyo customer care and they have also confirmed i will not face any issue.
When i visit today they hotel reception said they can not give me hotel @954. Both of them are rude and show anger on me.. They said do whatever you want, we will not give you the room. And also said we are not tied up with oyo now, we remove the board. They uses slang as well. I call hotel from oyo app, some one pickup the call i told him the problem, he said talk with oyo and disconnect the call.
Now the turning point i called oyo from outside of the hotel, the first person immediately transfer the call after 10 mins of hold call disconnected automatically.
Again i called oyo. Prashant took the call and rude in call from beginning also unable to understand my problem thn again transfer the call in spite of i said don't transfer.. I wait for 15 min thinking that someone will call me but in vain. Then i left the hotel and cancel my meeting also came back by 35 km traveling by own.
Is this a support should a customer expect?? I said i am in problem they are not giving me to check in give me the solution he transferred the call.
There is no escalation matrix.. I will uninstall oyo and make sure this will escalate in social media and also not recommend this to any one..
This kind of harrashment with rude behavior of hotel not acceptable..
I will lodge a complain on consumer forum as well.
If possible arrange a call back right now.. Otherwise it will be gone. Was this information helpful? |
