Date of mail and stay : 11 June 2019 Dear Sir/Madam, This is to request you to kindly look into the ping chat and concern raised over the phone and also find the chat attached and after that kindly let me know that who all are responsible and whom should be sued upon. In addition to that staff was way too arrogant and rude leave apart hospitality and mannerism of any sort. Also to add the Oyo couldn't assist in any positive manner. I request you to kindly provide me the list of deluxe rooms attached to the property I booked with ID QJAR9507 Please find the pictures of room provided attached herewith. I reedemed an offer from flipkart 2 days ago the coupon was applying successfully, but now they are showing that it's invalid coupon. Though it's not expired or invalid coupon. I want this solution as soon as possible.
