I have booked an hotel through the oyo app. I have booked two rooms for rs.1265 in the hotel named new holiday inn. But when i reached the hotel the person at the reception asked me to pay rs. 5000. I showed the image that the booking was confirmed for 1265 but he did not agree. I called the oyo customer care centre but they did not helped me i faced a lot of problem because of their inconvenience. Oyo app is the worstest hotel booking app i have ever seen. I paid the money through google pay rs.839 for one night on 27/09/2019 but hotel not received the payment and told to make the payment again.
I did not get the money back of my first transaction and oyo is not helping me.

Since yesterday I keep on trying oyo customer service thought WhatsApp, oyo chat, call but everybody passing the time.
Worse service I ever seen.
